Will Aid partners with 9 well-known charities including nine of the UK’s best-loved charities - ActionAid, Age UK, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, NSPCC, Save the Children, Sightsavers, SCIAF (Scotland), and Trocaire (N. Ireland).

If you would like to make a voluntary donation for the creation of your will, it will be split between these charities by Will Aid. Suggested costs are £100 for one will and £180 for a pair of mirror wills.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T CREATE A WILL?

The lack of a will usually means assets go to family first, typically in the order of married partners, children, grandchildren and finally other relatives. In the event where there are no family members, the Crown will inherit your estate.
A will can help to prevent all of this and leads to a more organised distribution of assets based on your wishes. It also allows you to distribute assets to people who would not normally be able to benefit, such as carers, friends and unmarried partners.
